<<In 2005,Beijing land market had been continuously thriving since the second season,with transaction volumes dropping slightly while prices and total transaction amount reaching new records. The driving forces of land market in 2015 mainly consisted of economic downturn,lack of effective means for investment,advantage of quantitative-easing policy in real estate market,urban division resulting in aggregation of developers in the first-tier cities,the shrinking total land supply,etc. These features are also expected to be shown in the future Beijing land market in 2016.
