There is a mutual effect between real estate industry and macro-economic operation，and developing investment and construction as well as market supply are strongly connected，market demands are being affected by factors like population，facilities，regulatory policies and so on，and these are all the realities and factors that form the complicated and systematic operation as well as development of real estate industry. The following paper，based on full and accurate data，carries on systematic analysis on relative investment，construction，sales，price and spatial distribution of Tianjin real estate industry in 2015. Also，model prediction on main index is performed in order to provide helpful references for government and all other sectors of the society.
