Gongyi is one of the leaders in the county economy of Henan Province and the traditional main industrial county （city）. Gongyi is currently in the critical period of economic restructuring，structural adjustment and industrial upgrading. As one of the productive service industry，trade and logistics industry is one of the key areas of Gongyi city to develop the modern service industry，optimize the industrial structure，promote the service industry and industrial transformation. Trade and logistics industry development status and problems of Gongyi are analyzed in this paper，and the environment and situation of the development of trade and logistics industry is facing in Gongyi City in the new normal. Finally，we point out that Gongyi should strengthen planning guidance，speeds up the electronic commerce and the development of innovation and entrepreneurship，promote the integration of the development of the logistics business and traditional industries，and keep optimizing the development carrier，improve the policy environment for the development of trade and logistics industry.
