With the “Employment Promotion Law”,“Labor Contract Law” and other laws and regulations put into effect in 2008,the court judgment and administrative law enforcement have made great development at the aspects of the protection to equal employment right and anti-discrimination,but it still exist problems such as legislation needs to be perfected,the judicial relief program needs to be improved,the administrative law enforcement force needs to be strengthen,advocating action of social organization needs to be further brought into play,and so on.
