As a fundamental human right,the freedom of religious belief has attracted universal and persistent attention of the international community.As for the differences in history,culture and national conditions,there are common grounds as well as differences about the understanding of the freedom of religious belief among every country.A relatively complete basic framework of the legislation of religious affairs has been established in China,which provides a legal guarantee for ensuring the freedom of religious belief.The freedom of religious belief is completely and effectively protected by Chinese laws.Protection of the freedom of religious belief in the PRC didn’t walk up to the right way until implementation of reform and opening policies.Due to the enforcement of the policy of the freedom of religious belief,remarkable improvements have been achieved with respect to all religions,and the freedom of religious belief of the minorities has been equally protected.Meanwhile,there are also some problems and deficiencies can not be ignored,which need government efforts to resolve.
