Children shall have the statutory right recognized by the State Constitution and laws.The extent of protection and improvement of the Rights of Child manifests the children’s statehood and legal status，and it is also an important criterion to measure the level of participation of the children in all aspects of a country’s political，economic，cultural and social life.The Chinese Government attaches great importance to the protection and realization of the rights of the child，combined with the international standards and national practice，to develop a series of laws，regulations and policy documents to ensure the rights of the child.Government will continue its efforts to improve the basic health system covering both urban and rural children，to promote the equalization of basic public education services，expanding the range of child welfare，improve the level of socialization of services for children，and improve the legal system and protection mechanisms for the children.
