According to the Law on Protection of the Disabled of the People’s Republic of China，persons with disabilities enjoy the equal right to education.However，viewed from the perspective of the education systems of our country，there is still gap between domestic laws and the Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities（CRPD）.In addition，right to education for persons with disabilities in practice is not fully implemented as well.There still remain problems regarding the overloaded extensive development of compulsive education，as well as the sluggish growth of preschool education and higher education.Therefore，we should improve existing education pattern，establish the idea of inclusive education，implement individual education plan and restructure the inclusive education system from the perspective of persons with disabilities.
