Overseas Chinese citizens refer to those Chinese nationals who don’t act within China’s territory.Since the establishment of People’s Republic of China，the policy，law and mechanism to protect the rights of overseas Chinese citizens have become more and more effective，and the actions of evacuation of Chinese nationals in different scales have happened many times.In 2011，three large-scale evacuation actions were conducted，separately from Egypt，Libya and Japan，which successfully transferred a large number of overseas Chinese nationals in danger to the homeland.This shows that the Chinese government has attached enough importance to and effectively dealt with the rights protection of those overseas nationals，and made their many rights protected quite well.But some problems still exist，and this presents higher demands to the action of evacuation of Chinese nationals in the future.
