In 2011，China made new progress in participating in international human rights cooperation.Among them，an important part is to take part in multilateral human rights cooperation，which mainly include the cooperation with UN specialized human rights agencies，other UN permanent bodies，international treaty mechanism，and Asian-Pacific countries on some specific human rights issues.As for bilateral human rights cooperation，China conducted 6 human rights dialogues with 6 countries or regional organization.The human rights NGOs in China have played very important role in international exchange.They carried this through visiting foreign countries，sponsoring international forums and symposiums，writing the human rights blue paper and receive foreign delegations，etc..The main challenges in China’s human rights cooperation in near-term are the issues such as internet freedom，religious freedom，and the ethnic minority issue.
