The preliminary research showed that human rights education in Chinese colleges and universities：the field of college courses on human rights，human rights education in the subject and the object of human rights education in the expanding and increasingly diverse forms of human rights education.Human rights education resources are mainly concentrated in a few institutions of higher learning，especially in the more developed regions of the eastern colleges and universities;the same time，human rights education activities，mostly borne by the law school teachers，interdisciplinary teaching，research and exchange of relatively small.
