In 2015，the construction of cyberization of public cultural service is continually improved in Beijing. There are large progresses in the formulation of policy and plan，the construction of the Project of Culture Sharing and digitalization of museums and libraries，but there are also many problems like single construction subject，lacking of the innovation of construction of resource and single service mode. Therefore，multiple construction subject，resource construction and servicing based on public need，are the effective methods for the construction of cyberization public cultural service in the future.
