The development of green real estate is still at an early stage in China. The imperfections of green industry chain, uneven development, and lower green proportion of new projects are obvious in China. Therefore, it is difficult for the green transformation of existing real estate and green quality control. The promotion policy is still not optimal. So, we must further establish the green concept for real estate development, set collaborative actions, especially to obtain great breakthrough for the ability of green development in some key areas such as the economy, society, construction, resources, and environment. At the same time, institution improvement and the overall optimization of the development system are both important. Obviously, it is need to accelerate the integration of green industrial chain, to increasingly promote green building, and create eco-city or green city at the same time. Less resource-based real estate economy is the basic guarantee fot the green real estate development. At present, the green development concept should be made clear in the regulation of real estate.
