According to laws and legislations in France,four types of Chinese,including those Chinese living in China,are qualified to buy a piece of land and build a property in France.Relying on the strict control of bank funds,perfect design of taxes,and a complete legal system,the management and control of real estate in France are closely interlinked.Four types of land could be traded in France,but only "Land for construction" could be used for residential purpose,which is the most expensive land.The experience in buying a piece of land and building a property in France will be useful to understand the housing system in France,and offer some implications for China's housing system. <<
