Based on the study on the case of Beijing GanenFund，the article gives a picture of the context，method and outcomes of public service supplied by Beijing Social Organization（BSO），and analysis the innovations of public service inspired by BSO in the view of service orientation，resource mobilization，service mode and objects. Finally，the paper outlines the challenges of human resource，social atmosphere and policy environment and the suggestions of causing the attention of leaders，legislation and improvement of law，as well as personnel training in the future development of BSO.
