Beijing People’s Mediation Committee of Medical Disputes is a specialized institution for medical disputes mediation. Established on the background of massive medical disputes，the professional mediation system of medical disputes is important for maintaining the order in the medical system and has made great achievement in year 2015. However，problems still exist in its professionals，coverage and regulation，for which further improvement is needed.
