Recently，the courts of Henan have built up a basement of specialists in judicial technology that related to the professional inspection in technical issues in the given cases. In order to ensure the court trial efficiency’s realization as well as the authority and efficiency of judgment and found up the regime for specialists to assist clients，appraisers’ participation，judgment system that relates to the regime of judicial responsibility，it is necessary to combine the experts’ jury system with the innovation of people’s juror regime as well as employing technical experts who act as people’s juror to participant in hearing the cases which would enhance the capacity for collegiate bench to judge the technical truth controversies.
