For the important strategic objective of speeding up the construction of cultural power and focusing on strengthening national cultural soft strength，this report has established an index system for evaluating the development of Chinese cultures，empirically analyzed cultural development in 31 provinces，cities and autonomous regions of China，and released indexes for development of Chinese cultures in 2015，in hope of accurately measuring current progness of culture development，providing evidences for pertinent analysis and predictions，as well as references for all-round development of Chinese cultures.
