2015年,在党中央、国务院的高度重视下,我国文化建设呈现良好的发展态势,并取得了新的突破。具体体现在公共文化服务体系日趋完善、文化产业发展步伐不断加快以及文化惠民活动的效果日益明显三个方面。与此同时,也存在一些不足,具体表现在:公众无法充分使用公共文化设施、文化产业的商业味太浓、公众参与文化生活的自觉性不够。针对这些不足的对策是:灵活高效地使用公共文化服务设施,为公众营造良好舒适的文化氛围;提升文化产业打造文化品牌的能力,以满足公众对高品质文化的追求;促进先进文化、高雅文化的下移,以提升公众整体的文化素质。
<<As the Party Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to cultural construction in China in 2015,the cultural construction tended to develop well and achieved new breakthroughs,which were specifically reflected from gradual improvement of public cultural service system,accelerating development of cultural industries and increasing cultural activities benefiting people. Nonetheless,some shortcomings still exist,including people’s failure to fully use public cultural facilities,too evident commercial characteristics of cultural industries and inadequate consciousness of the public in participating cultural life. Focusing of these deficiencies,measures could be taken as follows. Public cultural service facilities shall be flexibly and efficiently used to create good and comfortable cultural atmosphere for the public. Efforts shall be made to improve cultural industries’ capabilities of creating cultural brands,in order to accommodate people’s pursuits of high-quality cultures. Downward shifts of advanced and elegant cultures shall be facilitated to improve overall cultural qualities of the public.
