Due to the negative impact of the world economic situation there occur such phenomena as national economic slowdown，foreign trade shrinkage and currency depreciation in the SCO member states. The global economy still faces with many uncertainties. Against such a backdrop in which to deal with new changes in the world economic situation，the SCO must accelerate pushing structural reform in its member states on the one hand，and strengthen trade and financial cooperation between its member states and drive the abutment of Silk Road Economic Belt with Eurasian Economic Alliance on the other hand，which should play a greater role within the SCO.
