Within the framework of the key points in financial collaboration and the development mission put forward in the Joint Communique of the SCO 14^th Premiers Summit （Zhengzhou） in December 2015，and on the basis of the important events and main achievements of the SCO area within 2015，this paper focuses on an analysis of the main mechanism of the SCO financial collaboration，combs the fruition of the SCO financial collaboration and makes a number of suggestions on future development of the SCO financial collaboration.
