2015年,我国影响力逐步提升,互联网国际舆论热点频现,国际传播能力建设目标与使命提上日程。我国领导人多次出访,树立大国形象,“讲好中国故事”“一带一路”成为国家“名片”。国际舆论格局变化,受众互动能力提高,媒体议程设置弱化,移动端多元解读出现。资本、技术、产业和受众对国际媒介融合趋势作用凸显。未来需要加强新媒体国际传播力和效果评估体系建设,加强境外媒体布局、推出适销对路内容,学习国际经验,培养一流人才。
<<Global influence of China is promoted in 2015 and a series of China-relevant news topics arose in the field of international public opinion,which asks an improvement of ability of global communication about China. The change of global opinion,enforcement of audiences’ interaction capacity,weaken of media’s agenda-setting ability and diverse analyzing in mobile public opinion,all these phenomenon reflect a deep influence to global media convergence by capital,technology,industry and audience. It is suggested that China should enforce the establishment of global influence of Chinese media and the evaluating system of broadcasting effects,enhance more branches,produce more targeting contents,learn international experience and raise more talents.
