当前，北京市老龄化程度持续加深、高龄化趋势日益明显，老年人对医疗服务与养老服务的需求也愈加迫切。通过创新社区养老途径来应对北京市人口老龄化、加快建设多层次养老服务体系的重要性不言而喻。“医养结合”概念的提出便是创新养老服务模式的具体展现之一。本文梳理了“医养融合”服务模式的概念内涵、发育状况、存在的问题等，从社区居家养老的视角提出完善当前医养结合服务模式的对策建议。
