This paper summarizes five trends of employment in Beijing in 2015：technological innovation enhances industrial transformation，which boosts start-ups and new jobs；policies are issued to encourage new business and new firms in different fields are established；the support system of job-hunting gets more organized and specialized；start-ups and employment spread to the suburbs and the coordination among Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei is improved；the new apprenticeship programs are introduced in order to promote integration of education，employment and business development. These five trends suggest that industry development，business starting，employment support and professional education should work together to enhance employment.
