The Chinese perspective is a necessity in international studies，which is due to the background that the rising of China and its immerse in international society，and also the limitations of main theories of international relations. To highlight the Chinese perspective in international studies needs to construct a new framework and tools for creating a new theory. In this new perspective，it contributes to understand China’s route，dilemma and other particular questions in international system.
