More specifically，the government，public security，judiciary and Youth League Committee have played core roles in the primary development of government microblogs. Wechat，in particularly，has become a new learning channel for the Party because it assembles information of public policies. At the same time，“Internet + Service” as a new development model also being applied in areas of health and life. Government PR has moved into fast lane through mobile news platforms. However，there still exist some weaknesses in governance by mobile Internet，These include an imbalance in development，imperfections in operation mechanisms，and low service efficiency，which suggest that further improvements urgently required in 2016.
