This report reviews energy situation since 2015，and makes some forecasting for 2016，including key issues such as world crude oil price，domestic demand structure changes，energy revolution. One of conclusions is that demand peak of energy will be reached soon and a slow negative growth can be foreseen，China should take advantage of this situation and promote the steps of energy structure adjustment，promote the revolution in energy production，consumption and technologies，as well as the market reform. Meanwhile，we also recommend that China should promote the cooperation among Asian countries and the creation of an Asian common energy market，through with the projects of One Belt One Road. These will be helpful to China’s energy security and will help to reduce the cost of energy mix.
