Based on the comprehensive analysis of the talent market’s situation in 2015 carried out by the southern talent market’s on-site job fair and online recruitment，this paper combs through the main characteristics of demands and supply，the employment of college graduates，the supply situation and incomes in 2016 on the basis of summing up relevant data. It provides certain reference to the talent supply situation in the whole Guangzhou and even the Pearl River Delta region.
