The current due to major changes in population and labor market，Guangzhou has increased vocational training and human capital investment，committed to the building industry technical workforce and army.However，the vast labor market demands with respect to Guangzhou vocational training remains to be done. In view of this，in order to better understand the present on the vocational training market in Guangzhou City，as well as training faculty building，Guangzhou professional competence training center in cooperation with the School of Economics and Management，South China Normal University，in 2015，from July to September in citywide conducted a field survey on vocational training of high-quality teaching staff issues，and for the presence of teachers construction problems and their causes，to give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
