<<Guangzhou’s economic development has entered the key phase of transition and its structural adjustment brings both opportunities and challenges for Guangzhou’s economic and social development. This paper emphatically analyzes the main problems faced by Guangzhou’s employment situation. Based on it，it expounds on several suggestions for the employment work during the industrial structural adjustment period.
