To promote that “everyone is entitled to rehabilitation service” among handicapped persons，this research takes Guangzhou Municipality’s Yuexiu District as an example and researches on the demands for the rehabilitation services of handicapped persons aged from 18 to 65. It also analyzes the factors that influence handicapped persons’ demands for rehabilitation services and provides a basis for further promoting the rehabilitation services of disabled persons.
