社区社会组织的成长与发展有利于促进社会和谐发展、缓冲政府与社会的矛盾、弥补政府供给的不足，社区社会组织在“十三五”时期将引来快速发展的趋势。本文首先对广州社区社会组织发展现状进行分析，进而提出广州社区社会组织发展存在的主要问题，最后作者就广州“十三五”时期社区社会组织发展提出若干建议。
<<This paper first analyzes the situation of developing the social organizations of Guangzhou’s communities. Then it proposes the main problems that exist in developing the social organizations of Guangzhou’s communities. In the end，the author proposes several suggestions for developing the social organizations of Guangzhou’s communities in the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan.
