This paper taking economic and financial data of Central Asian countries in 2015 as the basis analyzed the economic and financial situation facing the five Central Asian countries through mathematical and logical methods，briefly reviewed important events and major achievements effecting the financial sector of the Central Asian countries in 2015，combed changes in the Central Asian countries of the existing financial cooperation mechanism，and put forward some suggestions for the development of cooperation between financial institutions of the Central Asian countries and countries outside the region.
