In 2015，Kazakhstan hold an early presidential election and Nazarbayev was re-elected. After the election，he started sweeping reforms，established National Commission on the modernization to make the top-level design. At present，Kazakhstan is steady to implement One Hundred Steps Plan and its supporting measures to cope with the economic development dilemma and realize Kazakhstan’s dream on national prosperity and national unity. In 2015，Kazakhstan revitalized the diplomacy of the great powers and has sustained close and practical economic and trade exchanges with Russia，China，the United States and Europe.
