Since 2012 Chinese government proposed its comprehensive development of relations with CEE countries，the pragmatic cooperation between China and CEE countries has launched in full swing with certain achievements and yet the occurrence of some problems need to be solved. After Chinese leaders announced the initiative of “the Belt and Road” in 2012，CEE countries have become nations alongside “the Silk Road Economic Belt”. Successful experiences and waiting to be solved problems from earlier，before the start of “the Belt and Road”，cooperation between China and CEE countries can display a model effect. The content of this paper consists of a summary of cooperative experiences accumulated by China and CEE countries as well as an objective and rational overview of problems related to the cooperation.
