In times Guangzhou’ building an international innovation hub，This paper analyzes the status of the construction of the Guangzhou International scientific and technological innovation hub and then we selected Hong Kong and Singapore which is geographical photogenic close to Guangzhou and have similar cultural background and economic strength with Guangzhou. We analyzed the action to promote scientific and technological innovation，building an international hub for innovation initiatives，which made the revelation for Guangzhou’ construction of Science and innovation hub.
