In the past years，Guangzhou intellectual property developed well. With the background of new normal economy and implementation of innovation-driven strategy，Guangzhou should actively create intellectual property hub. The research report comparatively analyzed the achievement path of intellectual property advanced cities or regions in and abroad，clarified the foundation and issues of Guangzhou intellectual property hub construction，and then proposed the principle and objectives of achievement path to intellectual property hub construction，as well as the specific path to realization.
