本报告从总体供需匹配、行业分布结构、培训开发力度、功能作用发挥和政府政策引导5个方面分析了广州市2015年“互联网+”人才队伍建设取得的成绩及存在的不足,继而在预判“互联网+”产业人才队伍建设发展趋势的基础上,提出广州市2016年“互联网+”人才队伍建设的对策建议。
<<Five aspects including whole supply and demand match,industry distribution structure,training and development,the role of function and government policy guidance are considered to analyze the achievements and shortcomings of Guangzhou “Internet Plus” talents team construction in 2015. Then with the anticipation of development trend,the countermeasures to Guangzhou “Internet Plus” talents team construction in 2016 are proposed.
