This report takes Tianhe Town as a pilot area. From systematically researching and analyzing the traffic characteristics，combining the distribution of bus stops and bus lines and completely controlling of peoples’ demand to use public transport，this paper puts forward a set of innovative methods，ideas，and policies for setting traffic guidance in the bus station，studies the elements of form design for guiding signs，and puts forward specific layout program.
