以自动驾驶系统、先进驾驶辅助系统、车载信息系统为代表的智能网联技术,大幅提高了汽车对自身运行状态的信息处理、决策和响应能力,使汽车安全水平从本质上得到了提升,并使汽车与外部其他汽车、道路、交通设施之间的信息交互和行为协调成为可能,已成为当前及今后相当长一段时期内汽车技术、标准法规、新车评价规程的发展方向。本文首先对智能网联汽车技术进行简述,然后分析标准法规和NCAP规程最新研究进展,最后结合国内外智能网联汽车的示范运营情况,展望面向智能网联的汽车安全技术的普及应用。
<<The intelligent network technologies,such as self-driving system,advanced auxiliary driving system,and on-board information system,have greatly improved the automobile’s capabilities on information processing,decision,and response. They have considerable improved the safety level of automobiles and achieved the coordination among the automobile with other vehicles,roads,and transport infrastructure etc.. This paper firstly introduces the intelligent network technologies and analyzes the latest progress of the standards,regulations,and NCAP rules. It also includes the introduction of the demonstration operations of intelligent internet of vehicles both in home and abroad and the prospects on the application of these technologies.
