汽车安全开发分为三个层次,一是面向新车评价规程(NCAP)的开发;二是面向真实伤害及复杂事故工况的开发;三是面向汽车售后市场的安全技术开发。围绕整个汽车安全开发过程,应树立科学的开发理念,充分利用CAE仿真技术,进行车身结构耐撞性的开发、优化匹配约束系统和集成整车性能以及其他关键零部件的设计开发,如汽车座椅等;同时,通过采用CAE仿真技术面向真实伤害及复杂事故工况进行安全开发,可以显著缩短开发周期,降低开发成本,提高开发效率。另外,在汽车后市场的汽车安全领域,应该组织汽车企业与保险行业、研究机构等联合研究,制定出一套合理且高效的汽车保险评估系统,推动汽车行业和车险行业的共同良性发展。
