汽车座椅作为直接与乘员接触的重要部件,其安全性与舒适性受到了广泛关注。本文在对汽车座椅行业梳理的基础上,为探究不同汽车座椅生产企业产品在性能和用户体验上的差异,对主要汽车座椅生产企业的产品展开了客观和主观调查。在客观评价上,通过熵权法建立了驾驶员座椅客观评价体系,并对10家汽车座椅生产企业产品进行评价,通过结果可知,不同企业在头枕外形尺寸、头枕静态试验以及头枕和靠背吸能性试验等指标上存在一定的差异;通过主观评价,各企业产品在外观与质感、乘坐舒适性、调节便利性等方面尚存在不同。总体来看,国内本土汽车座椅生产企业与合资企业在产品品质上的差距逐渐缩小,其产品逐步得到汽车企业和用户的认可。随着自主品牌汽车的快速发展,以自主品牌企业为主要配套对象的国内本土汽车座椅生产企业将实现同步发展。
<<As an important component with direct contact between passenger and vehicle,the safety and comfort performance of auto seat have attracted wide attention of the public. Based on combing the experience of auto seat industry and in order to explore the difference between different seat manufacturers in the areas of performance and user experience,the subjective and objective investigations were conducted. On the basis of objective evaluation,the objective evaluation system for auto seats was established through entropy method and the seats of 10 enterprises were evaluated. According to the results,there are many differences among the performance of the products of these enterprises,such as the shapes,sizes,and absorbing effects of headrest and backrest,the appearances,texture,comfortability,and convenience etc. In general,the gap between the products of domestic enterprises and JVs has been narrowed. The domestic enterprises’ products have been recognized by the users. With the rapid development of own-brand automobiles,the synchronous development of the own-brand auto seat enterprises will also be achieved.
