Opening-up has always been the hot topic in society. Different countries and areas have been driven by the growing opening-up of international market to participate in the process of it. As one of the earliest opening-up province in China，Guangdong is certainly the focus in this topic. We study from six indexes dependence on foreign trade，dependence on foreign investment，foreign technical cooperation，opening-up degree in production，dependence on foreign tourism and opening-up degree in occupation in this report and find out that all the indexes of Guangdong besides foreign technical cooperation and opening-up degree in occupation，have showed the downtrend since China’s entrance to WTO. We also apply Eviews 6.0 to run the factor analysis to get the synthetically opening-up degree，which is also in a downtrend during the recent decade.
