本文通过对比国内四个自由贸易试验区的建设情况，具体结合我国上海自由贸易试验区建设过程中的成果以及存在的一些问题，探索广东和深圳自由贸易试验区建设的整体方向和功能定位，科学稳步推进深圳自由贸易试验区的贸易便利化和自由化发展，以保障自由贸易试验区内货物、资本、人才的自由流动，从而拓展我国经济的增长空间，确保经济发展的稳定持续性。
<<the building of shanghai pilot Free Trade Zone，which has arouse a boom of building Free Trade Zone，promotes Guangdong、Fujian、Tianjin pilot Free Trade Zone to be built under the support and guidance of country. Free Trade Zone is a sample of Trade and Investment Facilitation and Liberalization，which contributes to the development of economic. besides Free Trade Zone is the new trend of global economic development. Here，by summarizing the Free Trade Zone’s construction experience，comparing the development of Shanghai，Guangdong，Fujian，Tianjin pilot Free Trade Zone，we try to give some suggestions about Shenzhen Qianhai Free Trade Zone in Trade and Investment Facilitation and Liberalization.
