It is the latest goal of the urban development of Beijing to become an international first-class harmonious and livable capital in which landscaping plays a fundamental role. To provide some beneficial suggestions to do landscaping to achieve the urban development goal，this article，firstly，tries to define what an International first-class harmonious and livable capital is. And then it will compare the landscaping index of some relative International organizations，some famous International livable city round with Domestic landscaping. After that，this article will learn from the successful experience of some representative livable city to reveal what Beijing lacks in landscaping and then propose targeted measures.
