Article took Tu-jia nationality as an example to discuss the plight for survival space of ethnic minorities folk literature，and the reasons for the lack of inheritors，proposed cultural consciousness as the internal driving force，and took three principles as a guide which includes authenticity protection，living water for fish and folk things does by the folks，therefore，those actions would effectively expand the survival space of ethnic minorities folk literature.
