Attracting attention in the fields of applied linguistics and society linguistics in the 21st century，linguistic landscape has been gradually valued in the study of sociology，ethnology and other disciplines，and then became a new hot topics of research rapidly. In multilingual regions，linguistic landscape is one of the important ways for national communication and cultural transmission. From the perspective of cultural capital theory，this paper made an empirical research on linguistic landscape of intangible cultural heritage in Xi Jiangmiao village of Guizhou province，analyzed some prominent problems in its transmission process and put forward corresponding suggestions. It will be beneficial to promote the transformation from minority intangible cultural heritage to cultural assets. And it is meaningful not only for how to realize the transformation and promotion of the regional tourism culture resources’ economic value in multilingual regions，and also for how to make an interactive development between cultural capital and local ecological tourism in order to achieve long-term sustainable development.
