The intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is not only the essence of the national culture accumulating in long-term period，but also the cultural resources of the development of regional tourism industry. The culture has always been influenced by all around provinces in the eastern of Quizhou Province. There are all kind of national culture，many of which have been included in the national and provincial intangible cultural heritage protection list. Under the background of vigorously develop tourism industry in the eastern of Quizhou Province，the intangible cultural heritage of each ethnic minority is an important cultural resource for the tourism industry. It is a realistic problem which need to solve that how to make full use of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities to enhance the cultural soft power of the tourism industry in the eastern of Quizhou Province.
