The report introduces the framework and main content of Guangzhou’s social security system for disabled people through describing general information of the disabled people. It analyzes the problems of limited coverage of social security，over concentration of targeted group and low efficiency of Guangzhou’s disabled people’s social security. It finally proposes improvement advice for the system by suggesting consolidating multiple resources and establishing comprehensive allowance scheme.
