This study tries to explore the laws of individual social behavior tendency from the perspective of social psychology. This study examines Beijing residents’ characteristics of social behavioral tendency from three aspects of prosocial behavior，law behavior and deviance，and also tries to find the specific paths and important factors which influence the social behavior tendency following the individual behavior reaction mechanism and Theory of Planned Behavior. Finally，the research results of this study maybe can provide the reference for government decision about increasing residents’ prosocial behavior and law behavior and reducing deviance.
