With the vigorous development of the Internet and new media，network behavior can be seen as a reflection of the social mentality in cyberspace. This study investigates Beijing residents internet misbehavior，analyses the reason of internet misbehavior and hope to provide reference for government purify the Internet environment. Results showed that Beijing residents internet misbehavior universality overall average 2.36 points，the network environment have further improvement space. The top tree internet misbehaviors that Beijing residents dislike are leak privacy on the Internet；Propaganda cults and feudal superstition；Network gambling，etc. Analyze the typical internet misbehavior reason found：offline negative event caused netizens intense emotional experience，anonymous condition of bounded rationality and the lack of authoritative information from government is the important reason of network internet misbehavior.
